Input: Paper I, II, and IV: Lewis (private communication)
Paper III: Table 5
Paper V: Tables 1-4
Peak flux densities were taken from the spectra
Coordinates: Jimenez-Esteban et al. (2005), otherwise IRAS
Modifications: Spectral type was set to:
"S", where only one peak was found.
"D", where two peaks were found.

Several sources were removed from the original lists as described by Jimenez-Esteban et al. (2005). In addition:
IRAS 18551+0159 (Paper I) (sidelobe detection)
IRAS 19200+1035 (Paper I) (sidelobe detection)
IRAS 22048+1138 (Paper V) (not in IRAS PSC)
IRAS 22596+1019 (Paper V) (not in IRAS PSC)

For 1665/1667 MHz entries:
The columns for the blue- and red-shifted velocities were filled with the two highest peaks listed. The leftmost and the rightmost peaks were used to calculate the radial velocity vrad and the expansion velocity vexp of the shell.
Comments: Velocity resolution: 0.1-0.5 km/s
ΔV50 was taken to calculate the expansion velocity vexp
Typical position uncertainty: < 2"
